Worcester have signed Wasps academy wing Tom Howe ahead of next season.

The England Under-20s graduate will join Worcester's first-team ranks next term.

"Tom is a hungry young player who will add further depth to our options in the back three," said Worcester rugby director Gary Gold.

"He has shone for Wasps when presented with the opportunity and hopefully he can use the resources around him at Sixways to flourish as a player."

Howe admitted he now hopes to capitalise on Worcester's determination to promote talented youngsters through their ranks.

"I'd like to thank Wasps for the opportunities they have given me during my time in the academy but I'm now looking forward to a new chapter," said 21-year-old Howe.

"Worcester is clearly a place where young players are given the support they need to be able to make steps in the right direction as a rugby player."
