Stuart Hogg, the RBS 6 Nations player of the championship, returns to Glasgow duty in Saturday's Guinness PRO12 encounter with Connacht.
Hogg is joined by fellow Scotland internationals Ali Price, Finn Russell, Fraser Brown and Gordon Reid in the team for the Scotstoun clash while centre Alex Dunbar starts on the bench. Openside flanker Matt Smith makes his home debut.
Warriors head coach Gregor Townsend said: "It's great to welcome so many of our Test players back into our squad, who have all played a part in what was a successful Six Nations for Scotland.
"They have brought energy and enthusiasm to the group and added quality to our preparations this week.
"Connacht are a side we respect greatly, from their positive approach to the game and also how hard they work for each other. It should be a cracking game at Scotstoun."
