Cornell Du Preez will make his 50th appearance for Edinburgh as they look to build on back-to-back wins over Glasgow.

The Gunners take on Guinness Pro12 basement boys Treviso at Murrayfield on Friday hoping to cement their place in the top four.

Head coach Alan Solomons has made three changes to the side which clinched the 1872 Cup with a 27-22 aggregate win over the Warriors as stand-off Greig Tonks, Neil Cochrane and Alex Toolis come in to start.

Hooker Stuart McInally returns to claim a place on the bench having been ruled out since before the World Cup with injury.

Solomons said: "It is great to have Stuart McInally back for what is another important PRO12 game. Also, congratulations to Cornell on his 50th cap. His contribution has been immense."
