Stormers on song to send Southern Kings packing

Huw Jones grabbed four tries while Leolin Zas a scored a hat-trick as the Stormers completed a convincing 52-24 victory over the Southern Kings at the Newlands Rugby Stadium in Cape Town.

In his first start at outside centre, Jones went over twice before Zas grabbed his first try of the afternoon. Kings full-back Malcolm Jaer cut the Stormers lead as the hosts took 21-10 lead into the break.

With a Super Rugby quarter-final berth already guaranteed, the Stormers upped the ante in the second-half as Jones and Zas completed their hat-tricks before Brandon Thompson got in on the act. Wandile Mjekevu and Stefan Watermeyer scored late consolation tries before Jones sealed victory with his fourth try.
